How much does commercial electrical work cost?
Commercial work is quoted job by job, because no two premises are the same. Tell us the property, the work and any compliance deadline, and we'll come back with a clear, written quote and a realistic timescale. For ongoing or multi-site work, we're happy to set up a maintenance arrangement.
Can you work outside business hours?
Yes. We plan commercial jobs around your trading hours, including evenings and weekends, so the work causes as little disruption as possible.
Do you cover landlord and commercial compliance?
Yes. We handle commercial and landlord EICRs, emergency lighting and remedial work, and provide the certificates you need to stay compliant and keep your insurer and tenants satisfied. For more than one site, we'll set up a maintenance arrangement so inspections and certificates stay on schedule without you chasing them.
