How much does a new light or socket cost?
Starting prices for common small jobs, all plus VAT:
- An extra double socket from £80
- An outdoor weatherproof socket from £120
- Replacing an LED downlight from £35
- Replacing a light fitting from £40 per fitting, minimum two fittings
- Replacing a bathroom extractor fan from £120
Prices depend on what the installation needs and how easy it is to get to. Bigger lighting schemes are priced per job, with a free written quote.
Do you take on small jobs?
Yes. One socket or one light is fine, and we'll often fit smaller jobs around bigger ones nearby. If the circuit you want to add to isn't up to it, we'll tell you before starting.
