What do landlords need?
Landlords in England must fit a smoke alarm on every storey used as living accommodation, a carbon monoxide alarm in any room with a fixed combustion appliance (except gas cookers), check they work on the first day of each new tenancy, and repair or replace faulty alarms once told about them. We can fit the alarms and carry out your landlord EICR on the same visit.
How much do smoke alarms cost?
We price alarm work per job. If you're having a rewire, we can add the alarms to that quotation. Otherwise you get a free quote, with a written quote before we start.
